Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern all sales made through the website www.les-archives.fr (hereinafter the “Site”), operated by Les Archives.

By placing an order on our Site, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Products

We take the utmost care in the description and presentation of our products. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or perception may occur depending on your screen or device.

Les Archives reserves the right to modify or remove any product from the store at any time.

3. Orders

Any order placed on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. It is only considered accepted once confirmed by email and after successful payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (fraud suspicion, stock shortage, payment issue, etc.).

All purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT, but excluding delivery fees.
The total amount due is displayed at checkout and confirmed by email.

Payment is made by credit/debit card or any other method available at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative only. In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days after order confirmation.

Les Archives cannot be held responsible for delays due to carriers or customs procedures.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order to exercise your right of return, without having to justify your decision.

To do so, please contact us by email at contact@les-archives.fr, indicating your order number.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

If the return conditions are met, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

7. Legal Warranties

Our products are covered by:

  • The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), valid for 2 years after delivery, covering manufacturing defects or nonconformities;

  • The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or scent variations resulting from opening or storage of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, photographs, logos, videos, perfumes, and creations) are the exclusive property of Les Archives and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, modification, or use, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

10. Disputes and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer service by email: contact@les-archives.fr.

If no amicable solution can be reached, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Center CM2C:

Failing that, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts, in accordance with French law.

11. Amendments to the Terms

Les Archives reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the date of your order.
